Construction Boom Continues in Jefferson Ridge, Kaden Companies’ 60-acre Land Development Project in Jeffersonville, IN
The Kaden Companies is excited to announce the groundbreaking of several new construction projects in Jefferson Ridge, Kaden’s 60-acre development located on East Tenth Street in Jeffersonville, Indiana, just minutes from the new Lewis and Clark Bridge. The new vehicle and pedestrian bridges, along with the new 1-265 interchange at Tenth Street have put Louisville just minutes away from Jefferson Ridge and the River Ridge Commerce Center, making Jefferson Ridge a perfect location for commercial and residential development.
The newest addition to Jefferson Ridge, The Jeff on 10th, will be Jeffersonville’s first fully enclosed luxury apartment option. Miller-Valentine Group, based in Cincinnati, commenced construction this week on The Jeff on 10th, comprised of 218,000 square feet including unit sizes ranging from 515 square feet to 1,185 square feet. Adjacent upscale retail centers will provide residents with easy access to dining, banking, grocery, healthcare, and other services.

The new retail space will be adjacent to an existing strip with McAlister’s, Verizon Wireless, Vision First, Parnelli’s, and Retina Associates. First Savings Bank and L&N Credit Union are also part of Jefferson Ridge and Kaden currently has retail space available in both the existing strip as well as the new retail strip which will be completed in October. The development still has outparcel and large land site available as well.
Additionally, Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. recently purchased two acres on which they intend to construct a hybrid emergency and urgent care clinic. Baptist also owns fifteen acres in Jefferson Ridge.
